I am having trouble setting up my AlwaysONLINE ADSL modem. How do I get help?
- For assistance in setting up your ADSL modem, contact support with details of your computer, operating system and modem and a
description of the problems you are experiencing. We will assess your problem and contact you to provide assistance.
Can I be contacted outside of working hours?
- Yes, we can provide support out of working hours for your convenience. Please make a note of when you'd prefer to be contacted
