We're a small, family owned and operated company providing Internet access in Australia. We've been providing Internet access through the AlwaysONLINE and First Link Internet Service brands since 1995.
You won't get any offshore call centres or long phone queues when calling us.
We operate from three datacenters in Australia, providing secure email and web hosting for our clients, across a variety of transit providers.
How long have you been providing ADSL?
We were one of the first ISPs in Australia to provide ADSL Internet access originally via Telstra's wholesale network, and have the experience and knowledge to get your connection up and running easily.
Recently we've added ADSL2+ (both with, and without ('naked') a phone line) to our services across Australia.
