ADSL2+ Accounts
ADSL2+ line connection speeds vary depending on a variety of factors including the distance from your location to your local exchange, and the web sites being accessed.
Account Inclusions
All accounts include:
- 1 dynamically allocated IP address (static or extras available)
- Free Email addresses with anti-virus and spam protection
- Free Webmail access
- Online invoicing and usage reports
- Automatic credit card billing

ADSL2+ Plans
Naked?
Unlike normal ADSL2+ which shares a phone service
and Internet on the same copper wires in your house of business, Naked DSL
provides only Internet access. If you use VoIP or your mobile phone to make
and receive your calls, and don't use your phone line, naked DSL saves you
money by avoiding having to pay unnecessary phone line rental.
If you are unsure if Naked DSL is right for you, simply select 'no' on the
order form and call us to discuss it further.
Setup: Typical line activation is 5 working days. A $89 line setup fee applies to all ADSL2+ accounts, including conversion from AlwaysONLINE ADSL accounts. A setup fee is only charged once we confirm that ADSL2+ can be activated on your line. If you are outside our coverage, there is no fee payable. An additional $15 fee applies if the line is being converted to a 'naked' DSL service.
Service Agreement: Minimum 12 month agreement. An early cancellation fee of $30 per month remaining + $90 applies.
Speeds: No guarantee is made of either the line synchronisation speed nor download nor upload speeds to any other host on the Internet. Various factors influence access speeds including distance from the local phone exchange, time of day and the particular host being access.

This will allow us to check if ADSL2+ or Naked ADSL2+ is available at your home or business. You can then decide whether to go ahead with an online order once our testing is completed.
