Dialup Access
All AlwaysONLINE ADSL and ADSL2+ accounts include dialup access. Dialup access can be used:
- when waiting for initial ADSL/ADSL2+ line activation,
- for remote access when travelling
- if relocating premises
- for troubleshooting purposes
- in the unlikely event of an ADSL equipment or line failure.
Accessing AlwaysONLINE Dialup
To access our dialup service, you will need to enter our dialup number and account login details.
Dialup number: 0198-333-770 (local call, Australia wide)
Login: Same as your ADSL account (ie. username@alwaysonline.net.au)
Password: Same as your ADSL account
