- Dynamic IP address (optional static IP address or routed subnet),
- 12 month agreement,

If you already have ADSL2+ with another provider, you can usually switch to AlwaysONLINE ADSL2+ with minimal service interruption via a 'churn' process. A list of eligible ADSL2+ churn providers is available for all our non-Naked ADSL2+ plans.
The AlwaysONLINE difference is we source an ADSL2+ port at your local phone
exchange from a variety of soures, and connect it to our high speed network.
In some areas access to ADSL2+ ports are only available through particular
providers. On those exchange Extended Reach plans are required.
Some terminology ...
Naked ADSL2+? Naked ADSL2+ means that you do not need to pay for line rental. A new pair of copper wires are activated, providing you ADSL2+ without a phone service. You can then cancel your existing phone line and use your mobile or VoIP for calls.Uploads: Free uploads on all accounts!
Speeds: All "2+" plans require an ADSL2+ modem. Actual speeds obtained in downloading are dependent on a variety of factors including the web site being accessed.Service Agreement: All ADSL2+ plans require a minimum 12 month agreement. An early cancellation fee of $10 per month remaining + $90 applies. For example, cancelling after 9 months results in a $120 early cancellation fee.
