When am I billed?
- To find out your billing day, login. The day of the month you are billed on is listed as "Billing Day" on the Customer Snapshot page.

My ADSL plan has 1GB of data included. I joined on the 4th of June. How much data can I transfer this month without incurring additional traffic charges?
- June has 30 days, of which your account will be active for 27. The amount of data included in June for you is 27 / 30 * 1GB which is 0.9GB. You will also only be charged 90% of the listed charge for the month. This process is called 'prorating'.

My credit card is about to expire. How do I tell you I have a new one?
- Please contact us with your new expiry date and card number.
